Frequently asked questions.
Why do you use a magic link instead of a password?
Magic links are more secure than passwords — there is nothing to guess, steal, or reuse. You receive a unique one-time link in your email, click it, and you are in. No credentials to remember, no account to compromise.
How do I add team members to my portal?
Go to the Team tab inside your portal and click Invite. Enter your colleague's email address and choose their access level. They will receive their own magic link within a few minutes and can log in independently.
What if I lose access or my link expires?
Magic links expire after 24 hours for security. If yours has expired, just email [email protected] or visit haestus.dev and request a new one. Rocky will get you back in within the hour.
Can I export my files and data?
Yes. Every file shared in your portal can be downloaded at any time from the Files tab. You own everything Haestus delivers — it belongs to you, not us.
Where are my files stored?
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2, a zero-egress-fee object storage provider with redundant global distribution. Your data never touches a shared or consumer-grade platform.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. Your portal uses row-level security — meaning your data is strictly isolated from every other client at the database level. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, and all traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS.
How do I unsubscribe or close my account?
Email [email protected] and we will close your account and scrub your data within 3 business days. You can also request a full data export before we delete anything.
How do I reach Rocky directly?
The fastest route is always email: [email protected]. You can also send a message through the Messages tab in your portal, or book a call from the Cal scheduling tab.
