Discovery is a 20-minute free call. Assessment takes one to three days. Build runs one to eight weeks depending on scope. Launch is one day. Thirty days of optimization follow. For most AI Agents builds, clients have a live answering system within two to three weeks of the discovery call.
Scope is locked in writing before code starts. Changes that fall inside the agreed scope are handled normally. Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately before any work begins — you always know the number before we act.

Every agent includes an escalation path. If a caller says anything outside the defined scope, the system escalates to you by text and offers a callback. During the first 30 days we monitor call logs daily and tune the agent if edge cases surface. After launch you can adjust scripts through a simple interface.
Yes. Thirty days of monitoring, tuning, and any bug fixes are included in every project. After 30 days, you can move to a monthly retainer for continued support or operate independently with the documentation we provide.
